Operation Winter Warrior

Radio Station: Rebel FM

Date of Activation: September 2025

Campaign Overview

Rebel FM proudly delivered Operation Winter Warrior, a six-week community campaign focused on supporting those most vulnerable during the colder months in Queensland.

With the support of generous sponsors — Chris Hannay Legal Solutions, Hedz Up, Benowa Gardens Shopping Centre, Browns Plains Mazda, and Browns Plains Homemaker Eureka Furniture — we called on businesses to register, engage their staff, and donate new winter essentials.

All collected items were distributed to our beneficiary charities, Defenders for Hope and Hearts of Purple, who provide direct assistance to people experiencing homelessness, hardship, and domestic violence.
