Karin Crouch
Karin Crouch’s love affair with media and radio began more than 40 years ago. Her career started at The Courier Mail, where she also met her husband, Norman. After moving to Central Queensland, she joined the Central Telegraph newspaper before being invited to take on a new challenge with local radio station 4CC. When life took an unexpected turn and illness forced her to step away, Karin returned to Biloela to find a new station in town eager for her expertise. She joined — and has never looked back.
Today, Karin is the Advertising Account Manager for Rebel FM and The Breeze, where she blends decades of experience with a passion for storytelling. She’s not just selling airtime — she’s helping businesses grow. Karin takes pride in working alongside clients to craft campaigns across radio and digital that spark results, whether it’s building long-term brand awareness or delivering call-to-action campaigns that get instant response.
Her approach is simple but powerful: build relationships, understand each business’s unique needs, and create solutions that are practical, creative, and impactful. What drives her most is seeing her clients succeed — and knowing she’s helped local businesses find their voice in a crowded marketplace.
Outside of work, Karin is “semi-retired” (if there is such a thing), enjoying time with her daughter in Brisbane, tending to her beloved rose garden, or travelling when the opportunity arises. Gardening and travel both feed her creativity — one teaching patience and growth, the other sparking fresh ideas and perspectives.
For Karin, advertising is a lot like gardening: plant the right seeds, nurture them with care, and watch businesses flourish.
