Brief

BathCalm is an Australian owned company producing luxury bath and shower products available at high end resorts and boutique accommodation. It sells B2C online and through various stockists around Australia. B2B had always been the mainstay of the business, but online sales were slow. The brief was to increase online sales and brand awareness across multiple markets. The company has previously been relying on organic social media and SEO. They had not previously used paid media or radio to boost product sales and awareness.

Our objectives were two-fold; to increase brand awareness and to achieve more sales.

Insights and Solutions

The improvement we saw was immediate. After not having any online sales for months, we had two online sales on the very day our ad first went to air. Further, our online sales have continued out of peak shopping periods.
